They are seeking a Digital Designer to support the evolution of their Marketing and Sales channels. You will join a very talented Creative team and collaborate with internal and external partners in creating digital, environmental, and traditional assets for a variety of marketing, sales, and corporate stakeholders. They need designers who can create high-performing assets such as video, static, and animated ads, sales support materials and content, and unique corporate assets that enhance the company brands. Design solutions will reflect the company’s design ethos and enhance the consumer and employee experience. Design is at the core of what we do, and at the company, must perform to meet and improve on every project objective.
Responsibilities

Work closely with Marketing and or Sales teams implementing strategy and direction into creative executions that move the brand forward. You will be working on a variety of design projects including:
Working on day-to-day projects that include: static ads, animated ads, infographics, performance emails, landing page ideas and testing, digital/print flyers, event and corporate environments, and social posts
Applying knowledge of current cultural trends while designing for the brand
Collaborating with your immediate team, the larger creative team, and partner groups to ensure design continuity across all areas of the brand
Rapidly iterate design concepts based on performance and testing
Work closely with product management and key digital marketing stakeholders
Support and assist the broader Creative team on other design-related projects as needed
Working Conditions

Hybrid (3 days onsite in Downtown Houston)
Position(s) open to Jr., Mid-Level, and Sr. designers
B.A., B.F.A in Graphic Design, or other relevant design-related degree - or equivalent work experience
Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities and talents
Pixel perfect design skills with high attention to detail
Understanding of and ability to implement strategic design methods and practices
Working knowledge of the mechanics of printing, bindery, and environmental design methods
Qualifications

Required Skills

High proficiency in design-related software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) (Figma is a plus)
Design to meet performance objectives defined by stakeholders and marketing, sales, and/or corporate partners.
Strong oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations
Strong ability to effectively communicate concepts to senior leadership
Working knowledge of the mechanics of printing, and environmental design methods
