Digital Designer

to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic in-house creative and digital team focused on developing engaging digital experiences across multiple channels for a leading organization in the energy sector.

Position Overview for the Digital Designer

Support the creation of visually compelling assets across web, print, social media, video, email, and emerging channels.

Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and digital solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Leverage modern platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and AI-powered tools to produce scalable marketing materials.

Contribute to website enhancements, personalization initiatives, and digital optimization efforts to elevate customer experience.

Requirements for the Digital Designer

5-7 years of experience in agency or in-house digital design, marketing, or related field.

Strong visual design, UI, and digital experience skills, including expertise in layout, typography, color, motion, and brand systems.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

Experience with Figma and collaborative design workflows.

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
