The Marketing Officer – Media reports to the Media Manager and is responsible for developing marketing promotions and campaigns through a variety of channels—including print, out‑of‑home, radio, social media, television, digital advertising, and more—to increase membership and product/service penetration. The position is hybrid and located at the San Antonio Administrative Service Center (ASC), 1 IKEA‑RBFCU Pkwy., Live Oak, Texas 78233.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Implement marketing initiatives that assist credit union branches and departments in meeting their strategic goals.
Develop and implement creative and innovative marketing projects and campaigns, managing them on time and within budget.
Work with marketing and communications teams to manage projects from conceptualization to execution.
Build and maintain relationships with other credit union departments, designers, vendors, and media partners to complete projects and meet deadlines.
Manage marketing efforts for specific credit union branches and increase membership and product penetration through targeted marketing initiatives.
Maintain consistent and effective communications with members and employees throughout promotions and campaigns to ensure maximum awareness.
Conduct research with the Marketing Analysis team to understand the marketing environment, current trends, and outcomes of promotions and campaigns.
Manage the review process and complete rigorous proofreading and copyediting to ensure the production of best‑quality end product.
Perform all other duties as assigned; essential functions may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
Minimum of three years of marketing experience.
Willingness to commute to 1 IKEA‑RBFCU Pkwy., Live Oak, TX 78233 and ability to work a hybrid schedule.
Strong project and program management skills.
Ability to function in a highly collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with traditional and digital media channels, and understanding of media terms and placements.
Strong organizational and professional communication skills to manage relationships with media vendors and internal teams.
Attention to detail for monitoring campaign timelines, trafficking creative assets, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel for tracking media buys and budgets.
Detail‑oriented and organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
