As the Social Media Marketing Officer at Ivan Yao's Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the team's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. What you'll be doing

Develop and execute compelling social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

Manage the team's social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels

Take and edit videos to promote recruitment and sales of team members and leaders

Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and optimize content and campaigns to achieve established goals

Collaborate with the admin team to align social media efforts with the overall marketing and business objectives

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry developments

Provide recommendations and insights to improve the company's social media presence and strategies

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the financial services industry

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

Excellent content creation with good video taking and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand posts

Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software

Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and website optimization techniques

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends
