Responsibilities
Supporting the design and upkeep of CRM orchestration frameworks and standards
Partnering with lifecycle teams to ensure journeys align with governance and orchestration best practices
Defining and documenting segmentation rules, triggers, and orchestration logic
Supporting campaign QA, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations
Helping maintain CRM documentation, playbooks, and operating procedures
Collaborating with Data & Analytics to validate attributes and audience logic
Monitoring CRM health, performance signals, and operational risks
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing
Hands‑on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of segmentation logic, triggers, and campaign orchestration
Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and teams
A passion for documentation, governance, and operational excellence
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
