CONTRACTOR, UX WRITING (CUSTOMER JOURNEYS)

We’re searching for a UX Writer to create new and better experiences across our services. In this role, you’ll work on growth projects spanning several services.

Description:

As part of our services design org, you’ll focus primarily on acquisition and retention, helping build customer journeys across multiple platforms.

Role requires skill at both marketing and UX writing.

You’ll advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups.

You should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback, and working closely with partners around the company.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems.

Writing engaging headlines, push notifications, and other in-app touch points.

Developing on-brand emails that drive user action.

Balancing customer goals, business requirements, and brand values.

Collaborating with growth and business teams, as well as designers and other writers.

Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content through experimentation and testing.
