Position Overview
Join our team as a Community Resources Coordinator to bring your passion for resident engagement to our campus. In this role, you will act as a resource for residents in the creation of activities and organizations within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with residents in the planning, promoting, and coordinating of activities and events in the community
Perform preliminary work for monthly calendars
Facilitate communication regarding activities among residents and staff
Create flyers for events; write articles for community bulletins
Arrange audio/visual equipment with vendors for presentations
Serve as the information center for resident inquiries
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in service‑related roles, including volunteer work or public service
Previous experience working with senior citizens is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Publisher, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of state regulations may be required; state regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description
Benefits
Compensation: $21.00–$24.80 per hour, based on experience
