Overview
We are seeking a Creative Development & Curation professional who will work closely with the founder, shaping both agency operations and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret client briefs and develop creative responses.
Research cultural trends, talent, creators, venues, and collaborators.
Curate speakers, performers, creators, partners, and programming to ensure each project feels relevant, thoughtful, and distinctive.
Lead projects from concept through to completion across multiple timelines.
Maintain the creative vision throughout production, protecting essential elements while adjusting as needed.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, venues, production partners, talent teams, and new partners.
Lead project meetings, status calls, and presentations, communicating clearly, proactively, and confidently.
Track costs, manage project budgets from the ground up, and handle reconciliations.
Identify opportunities to maximize creative impact within budget and support project profitability.
Remain vigilant about scope, risks, and opportunities throughout delivery.
Stay connected to culture and community conversations, bringing fresh references, ideas, and inspiration to the business.
Qualifications
10–12 years of experience in events, experiential, entertainment or brand experience (minimum 4years required).
Demonstrated experience developing projects from concept through to delivery.
Strong creative ability combined with high organization and attention to detail.
Natural curiosity about culture, entertainment and communities.
Ability to move fluidly between creative thinking and practical delivery.
Motivation to help build something meaningful, not simply plug into an existing machine.

Salary: GBP40000–50000 per year, dependent on experience.
