We’re looking for a client-focused DC Relationship Manager to join a growing retirement consulting firm. If you enjoy building long‑term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and helping clients navigate their retirement plans, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of Defined Contribution retirement plan clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Coordinate annual plan administration, compliance, and consulting with internal teams.
Assist clients with plan design discussions, regulatory updates, and best practices.
Review plan activity and help ensure ongoing compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations.
Partner with administrators and consultants to deliver accurate, timely solutions.
What You’ll Bring

3+ years of Defined Contribution retirement plan experience.
Strong knowledge of 401(k), profit‑sharing, and qualified retirement plans.
Excellent client relationship, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Retirement industry designations such as QKA, QPA, CPC, APA, or similar are preferred.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
