Sr. Designer - up to $90k

Senior Interior Designer

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000+ (based on experience)
About the Role:

This senior-level position focuses on providing design consultation and execution for commercial office and exam room environments. You'll act as a lead designer, managing projects and client relationships from design through post-installation.
What You'll Do:

Manage client accounts from initial design through installation and follow-up
Create and present design concepts including space planning, lighting, finishes, furniture, and ceilings
Produce construction drawings and client sign-off packages using AutoCAD
Support sales presentations and respond to client and contractor inquiries
Update drawings, sales orders, and project changes as needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
Quote and manage furniture and finish orders
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
5+ years of commercial interior design or space planning experience
Advanced AutoCAD skills (2D & 3D required)
Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
