We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join our dynamic team in Irvine, California. As part of this long‑term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content and driving creative initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences. This role combines creativity, strategy, and collaboration, offering an opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns while growing professionally.
Responsibilities

Develop innovative and impactful copy for various advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute ideas that push boundaries and engage target audiences.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate disruptive and standout ideas that challenge the status quo.
Produce and refine content across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and CRM tools.
Manage and oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Partner with art directors and designers to ensure a cohesive visual and verbal brand presence.
Contribute to campaign planning and strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends.
Support change management initiatives by crafting messaging that resonates with stakeholders.
Test and iterate creative concepts based on feedback and performance metrics.
Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of agency experience, demonstrating a strong track record in copywriting and creative direction.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and InDesign.
Exceptional skills in crafting ad copy and developing brand awareness strategies.
Solid understanding of campaign planning and execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in team‑oriented environments.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, offering unique perspectives and solutions.
Experience with CRM tools and managing content across various platforms.
Self‑driven and proactive, with a go‑getter mentality and eagerness to tackle challenges.
