Your role in our mission
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
How you'll make an impact
Partner with product leadership to build a vision, strategy, and multi-year product roadmap
Break vision into phases, prioritize and drive backlogs for launch with dedicated engineering teams
Develop a deep understanding of customers’ and partners’ problems
Use data and analysis to drive customer understanding and iterate on products
Drive disruptive innovative solutions in a customer‑centric environment
Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with the development team in a fast‑paced agile environment
Translate business needs into product requirements with internal stakeholders from technology, marketing, legal, operations, and executive management
Scope, design, test and build new products and features with designers, researchers, engineers, testers and subject matter experts
Monitor key metrics governing the product area, continuously improving them through product innovation
Collaborate with engineering and data science to analyze data and conduct experiments (A/B tests) to optimize the product for an improved customer experience and business metrics
Lead and resolve questions and conflicts across stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and trade‑offs
Skills that will help you thrive
3‑5 years of product management experience, with financial services and credit card product experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated success defining and launching consumer‑facing products
Ability to balance a strategic big picture with detail‑orientated product execution
Proven ability to dive deeply into specific functional areas and learn the domain
Proven ability to innovate and generate ideas that drive product forward
Ability to understand both business and engineering sides and engage in technical detail
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent project management skills—delivery and action oriented with the ability to handle changing tasks and priorities and adapt quickly
Superior communication skills, able to adapt style and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members
Salary
Annual salary range: $149,000 – $188,000, plus bonus and generous benefits.
