Responsibilities

Create clear, engaging, and user-centered copy for customer journeys across multiple digital platforms and services.

Write UX and marketing content including in-app messaging, push notifications, emails, headlines, and other customer touchpoints.

Develop customer acquisition, engagement, and retention content that drives meaningful user actions.

Collaborate closely with design, growth, business, engineering, and content teams to develop effective customer experiences.

Continuously optimize content to improve usability, engagement, and conversion throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, marketing copywriting, or related content strategy roles.

Strong understanding of both UX writing and marketing copywriting principles.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working across design, product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.

Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and using performance insights to optimize messaging.
