Weave is seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of SDRs at our Lehi HQ. You will drive revenue growth by shaping SDR strategy, coaching the team, and partnering with AE leadership and Rev Ops to optimize the funnel.
In this in-office role, you’ll recruit, train, and onboard new SDRs, monitor performance with Salesforce, and translate Weave’s mission into actionable SDR initiatives. A proven track record in SaaS sales leadership is required.
