Assistant Store Manager: Lead Sales & Service Excellence

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager will lead the store team in servicing customers and ensure policies are followed.
