Assistant Store Manager: Lead Sales & Service Excellence

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Hood River, OR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will help lead the store team and step in during the Store Manager’s absence.
You will help hire, train, coach staff, manage peak times, and ensure accurate processing of orders, returns and transfers, while upholding company policies and safety standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
