Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end marketing activations across West Coast Private Bank markets.
Manage logistics, timelines, and internal coordination for delivery of multiple programs.
Serve as the marketing point of contact for Private Bank relationship managers.
Coordinate across internal teams to leverage enterprise resources locally.
Own campaign intake, ticket submissions, and capacity negotiation.
Track performance, flag issues early, and keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
5+ years in field marketing, ideally in financial services.
Work Schedule:
4 days in-office, 1 remote.
