Talent Management Programs Lead & LMS Administrator

Archer56 in San Jose, California, is seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to lead and enhance our Talent Management Center of Excellence. This individual will deploy and manage all aspects of key programs related to Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Executive Coaching.
In this role, you will partner closely with our People Leadership Team, ensuring the effective execution of these programs while continuously iterating based on feedback and data. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in HR or Talent Management.
We offer a competitive salary, targeting a base pay between $130,800 and $163,500.
