Hospitality AV Technician – On-Site Event Support

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work with hotel staff and clients to confirm gear is working, troubleshoot issues, and assist with billing and paperwork as required.
The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, 1 year of AV experience, and a valid driver's license. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be needed.
