Hospitality AV Technician - On-Site Event Support

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will manage on-site setup and breakdown and report to the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology.
The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and prior customer service or AV experience. You will troubleshoot equipment, handle system entries in Navigator, and assist with invoicing and client relations.
