Product Marketing Manager, Homes.com

Job Description Homes.com, a CoStar Group company, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager located in Arlington, VA. The role will bring new Homes.com products and features to market, collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams, and drive customer engagement through marketing programs.
Responsibilities Develop positioning and messaging for the Homes.com products
Work with the product management team to shape the product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy
Manage platform product releases, including product launches and all collateral to support internal education and customer adoption
Research and understand buyer personas to ensure the product is designed and delivered to create value
Translate product functionality and technical details into user benefit and value
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis along with market and customer research
Assist in the development and optimization of multi‑channel, integrated marketing campaigns that engage brokers and agents
Coordinate focus groups, client interviews and client testimonials
Support the events team with major sales and industry events
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person, not‑for‑profit university or college
5+ years of relevant experience in B2B or B2C product marketing; residential is a plus
Experience developing go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new product launches
Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Strong team player who motivates others and works in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment
Ability to work effectively across sales, product, research, and training teams
Motivated self‑starter who continuously seeks better results
Ability to prioritize, problem‑solve, multitask, and work independently
A track record of commitment to prior employers
Compensation Base Compensation: $107,000 – $145,000 annually
