Position Summary
The Order of Malta - Federal Association, U.S.A., a Roman Catholic lay religious order and 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in Dupont Circle, Washington, DC, has an immediate opening for a full-time Program & Administrative Coordinator. This Program & Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and will assist in the management functioning of the Executive Office. S/he will join an office team supporting the wide range of work(s) of members in the Federal Association. This is a full-time and in-person position that reports to the Executive Director, with much opportunity for professional advancement.

Responsibilities

Administrative management with the Executive Director (e.g., written and verbal communications, schedule arrangements, etc.)

Special event planning and project coordination

Member services support

Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team

Manage deadlines and ability to multitask

Proficiency with MS Office Suite

The Order of Malta - Federal Association, U.S.A. office is located one block from Dupont Circle metro station and is accessible by Metrorail and Metrobus.
