Part-Time Evening/Weekend Patient Communications Specialist

Prevea Health in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a PSR Communication Specialist for evenings and weekends. This casual, 14-hour-per-week role is not benefit eligible and based at Tulip Lane. You will greet and direct patients, collect demographics and insurance data, and schedule appointments to support high-quality care.
The role requires strong phone and computer skills, excellent customer service, and empathy to engage patients and coordinate with medical staff using Epic and MyPrevea.
