Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Multi-Site)

As a Leasing Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play an important role with the onsite management team, supporting a skilled and highly trained group dedicated to successful leasing operations. You create a positive, lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents, managing your own success by achieving leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth, and building rapport with prospects and residents.
Responsibilities

Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities, local community, and grounds.
Drive the sale by highlighting the community’s quality and the lifestyle of an apartment home.
Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
Ensure apartments are prepared for move‑in and maintain resident retention through unmatched service.
Use attention to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals.
Handle other duties as assigned.

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Education

High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
Experience

1+ years of related experience.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The position requires regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
Physical Demands

Stand and walk for extended periods, ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and step stools, and travel outside between buildings. Remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for at least 85% of the time. Travel up to 5% of the time, with frequency and duration varying.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $22.10 – $26.00 per hour.
