Group Sales & Marketing Manager – The Suttle Lodge & Boathouse
The Suttle Lodge & Boathouse is seeking a Group Sales & Marketing Manager to drive group bookings, events, retreats, and gatherings at the lodge. This is a sales-focused role centered on building relationships, generating qualified leads, guiding prospects through the sales process, and converting opportunities into signed contracts.

Located on the shores of Suttle Lake in the Deschutes National Forest near Sisters, Oregon, The Suttle Lodge is a hotel, restaurant, and gathering place well suited for retreats, offsites, weddings, nonprofit events, educational programs, creative teams, and outdoor-focused organizations seeking a distinctive destination experience.

As the lodge’s primary sales lead, this person will focus on corporate and group business while supporting broader sales efforts across the property. Responsibilities include helping ensure sales materials, listings, outreach efforts, and marketing partnerships align with target business goals.

We partner with outside agencies for PR and social media, so this is not a marketing production role. However, it does involve coordinating sales-related marketing needs, maintaining accurate group information, supporting sales materials, communicating opportunities to partners, and ensuring the lodge is presented effectively to prospective clients.

This role works closely with lodge leadership and the on-site event coordinator to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution and to help shape the gatherings and experiences hosted at the lodge.

Represent The Suttle Lodge with professionalism, knowledge, and authenticity
