Total Rewards Manager - Benefits & Compensation (Hybrid)

The Planet Group in Hampton, NH is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing administration of our total rewards strategy, including employee benefits, compensation programs, and compliance initiatives.
This role owns benefits administration and expands accountability for compensation analysis and annual review processes. It supports a multi-entity, multi-state organization with integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, under a hybrid schedule.
