Multimedia Learning Content Developer

Creating engaging multimedia and interactive learning content, the full-time Multimedia Learning Content Developer will design and implement original graphics, videos, and interactive modules to enhance internal training programs in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities

Create multimedia and interactive learning materials, including multi-scene videos
Design storyboards, scripts, and assessments while ensuring adherence to industry standards
Produce and publish content across various channels, including learning management systems and social media

Required qualifications

BA/BS degree or 5+ years of experience in multimedia and training development
Proficiency in video, audio, and animation editing tools such as Premiere and After Effects
Experience with visual design software, including Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML5 and CSS
Experience in studio video production and lighting
