Senior Account Executive

Role Overview
As Senior Account Executive at GSW, you will be the primary tactical-level customer contact, supporting upper-level customer management team members and partnering with Agency Operations. Your responsibility is to manage day-to-day account activities and ensure the execution of tactical objectives aligns with customer expectations and overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload.

Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues, providing value as a source of information relative to tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business needs.

Assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from the customer.

Orchestrate pre‑kickoff meetings and initiate new customer requests.

Manage budgetary needs of the customer in partnership with the Planner.

Essential Requirements

3+ years’ relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or other related disciplines, or 3+ years’ relevant agency experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Desired Requirements

Experience with Adobe Profession.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. Base salary is determined based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses based on company and/or individual performance.
