The company partners with large financial institutions to help them modernise and optimise complex regulatory, risk, and operational processes.
As part of continued growth in the U.S., they are hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic commercial engagements with major banks, lenders, and fintech organisations.
This is a highly visible role focused on developing senior relationships, navigating complex organisations, and driving long-term enterprise growth in a sophisticated, regulated market.
The role
Lead strategic enterprise sales engagements with large financial institutions
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, technology, and operations
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from initial engagement through to commercial agreement
Identify and develop new opportunities within large accounts and expand existing relationships
Partner closely with internal teams across product, delivery, and leadership
Help shape commercial strategy in a rapidly growing environment
What they’re looking for
Experience operating in complex enterprise environments within financial services
Background in a Tier 1 investment bank or leading strategy consulting firm, followed by experience in SaaS, technology, or commercial go-to-market roles
Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior decision-makers
Commercially minded with the ability to position sophisticated technology solutions in a business context
Comfortable navigating large organisations and long sales or commercial cycles
Motivated by high-growth, fast-paced environments
Helpful but not essential
Experience working with enterprise technology platforms
Exposure to regulated industries, compliance, or risk environments
Experience in scaling or growth-stage organisations
