This opportunity is for someone with energy and personality to support a significant, multi-cultural sales and marketing team. The Sales Representative will primarily assist in upselling and create customer orders on a daily basis. You will learn product knowledge in the technology & telecommunication fields. The ability to effectively communicate in person is vital. This position requires inter-departmental interaction, working with the credit, technology, and marketing department.

Responsibilities

Present client products and services to acquire new customers

Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner

Answer customer questions and assist in problem resolution

Enter customer orders with accuracy and assure customer satisfaction

Assist the credit department in account set-up and customer billing

Work in a team environment and exchange new strategies

Account management

Continued development of existing business

Requirements

Degree in sales, marketing, or business related field preferred

Experience in customer service, sales, or other related field a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude and drive

Ability to work in a team environment
