About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative who is eager to exceed sales targets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys healthy competition within a team setting. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive sales growth through direct customer interaction, relationship building, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting, persuasive pitching, and effective deal closing
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Generate new customers through market research, networking, and proactive outreach
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and marketing teams to align strategies with client objectives
Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Competitive, results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving top performance
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to travel and work varied hours as required
