General Job Description
The National Accounts Manager is an individual with the vision and dedication needed to manage sales activities, increase lead conversions, and boost Westlake’s market share. The role involves developing and implementing new projects, policies, strategic partnerships, and procedures for the organization to achieve objectives.

Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to)
Lead Management

Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion of sales leads.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting for all sales staff.

Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools and resources to maximize lead conversion.

Staff Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear targets to achieve sales goals.

Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance individual and team efforts.

Project Management

Lead and support various sales‑oriented projects designed to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and increase sales.

Collaborate with other leaders and departments to complete projects.

Track and report on the success of initiatives.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Monitor KPIs to assess team performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.

Strategic Partnerships

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with auto dealerships, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.

Cultivate long‑term relationships with existing partners and explore new partnerships.

Prepare presentations and proposals.

Knowledge, Skills, Licenses

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.

Ability to persuade and influence others.

Exceptional presentation skills.

Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.

Versatility in job functionality and quick to assimilate procedural changes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university, preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a sales management role; required.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); required.

Previous work experience in the automotive finance industry; preferred.

Knowledge of web applications and navigation; preferred.

Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL; beneficial.

Pay Plan

$54,000.00 – $108,000.00 annually with bonus. Exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection and will depend on factors such as location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.

Schedule

Full‑time.
