Responsibilities:
Develop designs based on style plans, sales needs, and emerging trends.
Collaborate with teams to maintain quality and aesthetic standards.
Conduct competitive research and create trend reports.
Lead the conceptualization of seasonal design concepts.
Troubleshoot quality and technical issues.
Manage handoff processes and approve materials.
Foster a positive team dynamic and evaluate team performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in fashion design.
Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in design software and Mac platforms.
