Vice President, Group Director - Local Media
Position Description
nThis position reports to the SVP, Director of Local Media and involves close collaboration with the Account Directors and Local Market Specialists to oversee all aspects of account activity, stewardship, and client reporting. The Group Director will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on market conditions and trends, strategizing and effectively communicating the clients’ needs to the local broadcast team. Responsibilities include coordinating deadlines, managing work activity, assisting with high level negotiations, and special projects. Additionally, this role involves working alongside the Operations Director to identify opportunities for efficiencies, new approaches, and automation, as well as developing methods to achieve department goals
