Work alongside writers, strategists, and other creatives to build ideas (not just executions)

Take feedback without getting precious and push back when it matters

Help make the work better, not just yours but everyone’s
Requirements

0–3 years experience (agency, studio, or scrappy self‑made path)
A portfolio with brand ideas in it
Strong design skills: typography, layout, hierarchy, systems
Curiosity about the world beyond advertising
A point of view (even if it’s still forming)
The ability to move fast without getting sloppy
