Position Summary
We are building a world‑class Global Campaigns function to drive integrated, full‑funnel campaigns across five strategic priorities. The Global Campaigns Specialist is the operational engine that keeps the campaign machine running – tracking assets, coordinating handoffs, pulling performance data, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination: Maintain campaign production schedules in ClickUp, coordinate asset handoffs among global and channel teams, flag timeline risks, support campaign intake and briefing coordination.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Pull weekly performance data across paid, email, and web channels, maintain dashboards, support directors and senior managers with summaries and optimization meetings, track spend pacing and anomalies.
Operational Support: Own meeting logistics, maintain campaign documentation in SharePoint, support the Program Manager with process scaling, coordinate QA review status.
Must work full‑time (40 hours per week) and may need to sit or stand at will while working on a computer.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, program management, or a similar cross‑functional role.
Strong project management instincts and the ability to build systems to manage complexity.
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana.
Comfortable working with data, pulling reports, maintaining dashboards, spotting performance anomalies.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong written communication skills – clear, concise updates, meeting notes, status reports.
Exposure to B2B marketing campaigns, demand generation, integrated go‑to‑market is a plus.
Experience in enterprise software or technical industries is a plus but not required.
