Social content creation is a key driver of growth for SharkNinja. The Social Content Studio Line Producer ensures that creative production runs efficiently and delivers high‑performing content across platforms.

What You’ll Do

Own day‑to‑day production logistics: scheduling, location booking, talent coordination, and equipment prep.

Build and maintain production trackers, shot lists, call sheets, and run‑of‑show documents.

Track and manage samples and product prep for shoots.

Own production timelines and proactively identify and resolve risks.

Maintain communication flow across the production team.

Serve as primary point of contact for talent, crew, and external vendors.

Lead set logistics on shoot days – setup, breakdown, and real‑time problem solving.

Manage production contracts, permits, and vendor paperwork.

Support content capture on set or in studio.

Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.

Contribute to studio playbooks, templates, and workflows that scale across multiple productions.

Producers and managers remain unblocked by logistics, assets, or communication.

Productions run on time and on budget with minimal surprises.

Studio systems and processes improve over time through your contributions.

You are seen as a reliable, proactive partner who enhances overall studio performance.

Who You Are

2–4 years of experience in production coordination, studio operations, or a similar role.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Fluent in social media platforms and production formats.

Strong communicator who can manage multiple requests from multiple stakeholders.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where priorities shift quickly.

Proactive and solutions‑oriented, spotting problems early and bringing fixes.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Google Drive, Dropbox, Wrapbook, and calendar tools.

Solid understanding of video production workflows (shoot → edit → delivery).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience on social video shoots or in a content studio.

Understanding of set etiquette and basic production equipment.

Salary and Other Compensation
Annual salary range:

$72,000 – $88,000 USD
