IndyCar Radio Engineer — RF & VoIP Systems Expert

Arrow McLaren IndyCar is seeking a Radio Engineer to maximize the operational efficiency of the team. You will manage all RF and VoIP equipment, perform initial configuration, optimize performance, maintain systems, and troubleshoot in a high‑pressure racing environment.
The role requires hands‑on work with intercoms, radios, wiring, and antenna systems, with a focus on reliability and speed during events and practice sessions. Indianapolis HQ experience is preferred.
