IndyCar Radio Engineer - RF/VoIP & Racecar Communications

Arrow McLaren IndyCar is seeking a Radio Engineer to maximize race-team communication efficiency at our Indianapolis facility. You will manage RF and VoIP equipment, handle initial configuration, performance optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of radio systems.
Key duties include VoIP intercom setup, UHF radio programming, on-car radio installations, antenna performance monitoring and wiring loom terminations, all within a high-pressure, safety-focused motorsport environment.
