Senior Fiber Contracts Lead & Negotiations

Lumen is seeking a Lead Contract Manager to negotiate and acquire 3rd Party Fiber/Conduit Agreements for its North America network. You will manage multiple negotiations, report metrics for Carrier Relations, and mentor colleagues in a fast-paced environment focused on AI-ready connectivity.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in OSP project management with large customers and at least 3 years in telecom contract management, with strong drafting and negotiation skills and MS Office proficiency.
