Senior Fiber Contract & Negotiations Lead

Lumen is seeking a Lead Contract Manager to negotiate and acquire 3rd party fiber/conduit agreements for our North America network. You will mentor the Contract Acquisition team, manage multiple negotiations, and deliver progress reports for the Network Infrastructure Services department within Carrier Relations.
The role requires strong contract negotiation, telecom planning, and project leadership in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
