Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of US Marketing, the Associate Director, Product Marketing is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Digital Marketing and Patient Marketing plans for KIMMTRAK (tebentafusp) for both currently approved and future indications. This role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including insights, medical affairs, and market access, as well as manage and partner with key external agencies.
Lead implementation of brand/launch strategies through development of effective promotional materials for key customer segments (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients, KOLs, allied health professionals)
Leverage insights to inform stakeholder segmentation, optimize marketing spend, and target customer segments
Oversee non‑personal promotion (NPP) strategy and ensure coordination with broader marketing strategies
Drive adoption of new digital marketing and AI capabilities to advance brand objectives and improve marketing effectiveness
Ensure messaging and tactical execution is with brand objectives and channel strategies
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver impactful customer‑facing content
Manage key vendor relationships and budgets, including the promotional agency of record
Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, competitive and market dynamics, informing potential pivots in strategic and executional approach as needed
Establish campaign goals and metrics, and collaborate with Insights to measure performance and drive ongoing optimization
Foster trust and reinforce the strong culture across the US marketing team and with partners throughout the organization
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern Immunocore
Education / Experience / Knowledge & Skills
BS/BA degree in related discipline and at least 14 years of related Medical, Scientific or Healthcare experience; or
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
Experience in product marketing, digital marketing, media planning or market research/analysis in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
Biotech / Pharmaceutical Marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing initiatives
Product launch experience strongly preferred
Oncology experience strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines
Comprehensive ability to collaborate with multiple organizational stakeholders
Advanced talent for blending innovation with pragmatic execution
Advanced strategic thinking, initiative and creativity
Established track record for consistently meeting or exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets, as well as qualitative goals
Advanced ability to draw insight from market research, the sales force, and other sources to optimize messaging, tactical plans, and promotional activities
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of FDA Regulations of pharmaceutical drug promotions and experience with Legal, Medical and Regulatory review process
Annual Salary Range
Salary: $170,000 - $200,000. The position is eligible for standard Company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401k, as well as participating in Immunocore's annual incentive plans. Incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
