What You’ll Do: Responsible for leading a pod of developers to develop Agentic solutions using UiPath
Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones.
Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption
Mentor technical engineers who are looking to grow their careers in RPA & Agentic features
Develop a deep understanding of theUiPathPlatform and its functionalities
Work with a truly unbelievable technical team that will move mountains to help our customers
Become an evangelist ofUiPathby identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution
Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out‑of‑the‑box opportunities to expand theUiPathecosystem
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor related field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in object‑oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
4+ years of experience developing inUiPath
2+ years of hands‑on development inUiPath
Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on theUiPathplatform
Experience configuring UiPath’s AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces
Experience in infrastructure related technology and integrating with common systems via APIs
We are seeking process‑minded individuals with good presentation and communication skills(customer facing)
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
US citizenship
Eligible for Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications: UiPathProfessional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional)
Candidate local to the Washington, DC metro area highly preferred

Salary range: $103,968.00 - $184,049.00
