This role is more than just coding. You’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript with frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.

Experience with Development in Node.JS.

Experience with usability analysis, automated testing development, such as unit testing and E2E.

Experience collaborating closely with software development teams.

Experience in creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.

Ability to switch between programming languages and learn new ones as needed.

TS/SCI clearance.

HS diploma or GED.

Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Security+ or CISSP Certification within 30 days of start date.

Nice to Have

Experience with ArcGIS JavaScript or geospatial web development.

Experience with Java Spring Framework.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Selenium.

Experience scripting in Bash or Perl in Linux environments.

Experience with JavaScript visualization libraries such as D3, Leaflet, or AG Grid.

Experience with information security practices.

Experience with Agile or Kanban development methodologies.

Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

Knowledge of standards across JavaScript, JSON, REST, CORS, Web architecture, and HTTP.

Ability to work with geospatial tools, including ArcGIS.

Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, skills, experience, and contract‑specific affordability. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400 to $158,000 annualized USD. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model
Remote: The position may require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.

Hybrid: You will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently and may also need to visit a customer facility.

Onsite: Work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
