Leading the copywriting function as a strategic, AI-augmented leader, the full-time Senior B2B Tech Copywriter will manage a team of conversion copywriters and collaborate with various departments to define copy strategy and develop AI-powered systems that enhance output in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering to ensure copy quality and consistency across all customer-facing assets
Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems, including custom GPTs and workflows, to scale output
Lead, mentor, and develop the copywriting team while defining copy strategy and proposing improvements across owned channels
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar fast-paced industries
Proven track record leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in a copywriting or marketing context
Experience working for North American-based tech companies, in-house or agency
Bachelor's degree or higher
Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various platforms, including email and landing pages
