Active Directory Services Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory (AD) Services Tech Lead to manage and support global pre-production and production AD infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing complex technical activities, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise directory services across environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support end-to-end Active Directory infrastructure (production and pre-production environments)

Execute complex technical activities related to AD services, domain management, and identity services

Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AD environments

Perform AD design, implementation, and upgrades across global systems

Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure compliance with security standards

Handle user access management, authentication, and authorization

Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues

Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution

Collaborate with global teams to support infrastructure initiatives

Implement best practices for AD security, patching, and governance

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in Active Directory Services (AD DS)

Hands-on experience managing enterprise AD environments (production & pre-production)

Knowledge of AD architecture, domain services, and replication

Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience with Windows Server environments

Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
