- We are seeking an experienced Active Directory (AD) Services Tech Lead to manage and support global pre-production and production AD infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing complex technical activities, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise directory services across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support end-to-end Active Directory infrastructure (production and pre-production environments)
- Execute complex technical activities related to AD services, domain management, and identity services
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AD environments
- Perform AD design, implementation, and upgrades across global systems
- Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure compliance with security standards
- Handle user access management, authentication, and authorization
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Collaborate with global teams to support infrastructure initiatives
- Implement best practices for AD security, patching, and governance
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Active Directory Services (AD DS)
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise AD environments (production & pre-production)
- Knowledge of AD architecture, domain services, and replication
- Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
