Regional Vice President | Phoenix, AZ | Commercial Construction
We're seeking a Regional Vice President in Phoenix to provide executive leadership for a nationally recognized employee-owned general contractor.
Our client is a highly respected employee-owned builder recognized for long-term client relationships, thoughtful leadership and a collaborative approach to building exceptional teams. This role is ideal for a construction executive who enjoys strengthening strategic client relationships, developing outstanding leaders and driving operational performance across a dynamic commercial business.
You will provide executive oversight for regional operations, partnering with executive leadership to execute regional strategy, drive business development, oversee financial performance and strengthen operational excellence. Working closely with operations, preconstruction and business development leaders, you will help develop leadership talent, strengthen market position and drive operational performance across the region.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
- Executive leadership experience overseeing regional operations, multiple business units or large commercial construction organizations
- Proven success driving business growth, financial performance and operational excellence
- Strong P&L management, strategic planning, and executive decision-making experience
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and develop high-performing operational leaders
Competitive executive compensation package of $275,000 - $405,000, with performance-based bonus potential, long-term incentive opportunities, generous PTO and more.
