- 10+ years’ experience in construction Management
- Extensive leadership experience, existing Project Executive/Vice President/VP of Preconstruction
- Understand preconstruction and operations
- Experience with Commercial Construction required
- Ground up multi-family, large retail or light industrial experience preferred
