About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Strategic Program Lead for its People, Brand, and Culture (PB&C) team. This dual-role is pivotal in providing strategic, analytical, and highly organized business partnership to the PB&C organization. The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor to the Chief People Officer, driving the execution of PB&C objectives and operational project portfolios. The role is heavily focused on program management, combining executive-level chief of staff responsibilities with disciplined program governance to ensure the seamless delivery of complex initiatives in line with business objectives.
